While it is unavoidable that the House of Representatives will postpone any further actions on an online gambling regulation bill, Congressman Barney Frank is doing his best to continue to drum up support for the cause.  One after another congressman are co-sponsoring the bill that aims to legalize online casinos in the United States, but Frank is also appealing to the base that will be affected by legal online casinos the most;  gamblers.

There is perhaps no bigger event in the world of gambling than the World Series of Poker.  Barney Frank was sure to be in attendance this year.  At the world famous tournament, he announced that he is confident that by the end of 2009 online casinos will be and legalized and regulated form of gambling in the United States.
