This year’s Super Bowl will generate unprecedented excitement.  There is sort of a fairy tale unfolding with the New Orleans Saints.  The team seem to have garnered the support of the people since the city is still recovering from the Hurricane Katrina disaster and their football team has finally, for the first time in history, mustered the courage of champions.  However the Colts are no pushovers.  The former champions are listed as the 4.5 points favorite at online casinos to take it all home.

The Saints had to fight tooth and nail against the very worthy Minnesota Vikings.  The Vikings were of course led by their legendary quarterback Brett Farve, a man who’s very presence seems to guarantee a team to appear in late rounds of the playoffs.  In the first quarter of the NFC finals it looked as if the Vikings were going to be successful in ending the fairytale for New Orleans.  However, through the rest of the game the team showed the same spirit that has now become synonymous with New Orleans after the Katrina disaster as they refused to quite and tied the game before the end of the fourth.  New Orleans went on to win in overtime with a field goal. 

The Colts looked better than ever has they trampled the New York Jets.  The made it very apparent why they already have a few titles under their belt during the second half.  It took quarterback Peyton Manning the first half to figure out the Jets defense, but after half time, there was nothing that the Jets could do to stop the slaughter.  Online casinos are sure to make a lot of money off of this Super Bowl.
